Terms & Conditions

1. This contest is open to all residents of Singapore except employees and immediate family members of employees of POCARI SWEAT (the organizer), Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd, its associated agencies and all other partners.
2. Contest ends on 1 Dec'22 and is only valid for purchases anywhere in Singapore.
3. Accumulation of receipts is not allowed for this contest.
4. Total 10 pairs of AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup Tickets & Football Kits to be won.
5. Each winner receives 1 pair of AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup tickets (worth $30) and Sporting Vouchers & Goods (worth $170)
6. AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup Tickets to be won: 5 pairs on 2 separate match dates: 24 Dec'22 and 30 Dec'22. Tickets will be allocated randomly and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
7. In the event the match dates are changed or cancelled by the event organizer (POCARI SWEAT) due to unforeseen circumstances, POCARI SWEAT shall not be liable.
8. Consumer can participate in the contest by doing the following: Snap a photo of your receipt and email to [email protected] with your particulars in the title: AFF (SPACE) NAME. Details on receipt must be clearly visible: purchase date, transaction reference number, store name etc. Multiple entries are allowed but each entry must be accompanied with a unique receipt.
9. Each receipt is only eligible for 1 time lucky draw. Only receipts dated from 1 Nov'22 to 1 Dec'22 will be accepted.
10. All entries received during each qualifying purchase period (until 2359 hrs of the last day) will be eligible for the lucky draw for the corresponding prize for that qualifying purchase period. There will be no roll over of unselected entries for the next lucky draw.
11. Winners will be contacted via email by the following Friday after the draw has been concluded.
12. The organizer's (POCARI SWEAT) decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
13. All prizes are not transferrable or exchanged for cash. The organizer (POCARI SWEAT) reserves the right to substitutes all prizes with products of equivalent value if deem necessary.
14. Unclaimed prizes within two weeks of notification will be forfeited.
15. The organizer (POCARI SWEAT) is not an agent of the prizes’ merchant or vice versa and makes no warranty or representation as to the quality of merchantability of the Merchant’s goods and services.
16. The organizer (POCARI SWEAT) reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time and its absolute discretion without notice.
