What is the warranty policy?
The TARAH headphones are covered under a 1 year warranty.
Please keep the receipt issued by POCARI SWEAT and present it at the time of repair in the service centre.
How do I register for the warranty?
You may sign up through the LRT Club App available on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Alternatively, you may scan the QR code on the side of the Tarah packaging box to download the app directly. Follow the steps provided and also take a photo of the receipt issued during at the roadshow.
Please note that registration on the LRT Club App is not compulsory but it allows the customer to track the remaining warranty period. The physical receipt is still necessary during warranty claim.
